I spent the better part of twelve years working at the intersection of technology, marketing, and growth, the kind of work where you're equal parts strategist, builder, and person who stays up too late staring at funnel dashboards. I co-built a marketing agency to $60K+ MRR, led nationwide recruitment campaigns for loan officers, rebuilt conversion systems for an e-commerce golf marketplace, and ran digital campaigns for county-wide sales teams that needed consistent inbound demand and not just pretty impressions. I was hands on with everything: strategy, copy, creative, tracking, automation. If it touched revenue, I wanted to understand it.

For a while, I thought building something of my own is what I wanted. And I tried. Entrepreneurship taught me a lot about systems, about people, about the gap between a good idea and a working business. Somewhere along the way I realized I was more energized by building inside something great than by carrying the full weight of owning it. That's not a retreat. That's just knowing yourself.

Today I lead regional operations at Cabana, where I oversee field teams, client experience, and the work of helping build what will become the first national brand in pool service. What's happening here feels like lightning in a bottle and I'm grateful to be part of it.

Outside of work, my life is anchored by faith and family. I'm a devoted Catholic, my faith isn't a footnote, it's the foundation everything else is built on. It shapes how I lead, how I show up for my team, and how I treat the people around me.

My other priority is becoming the best husband I can be to my fiancée, who, as it happens, also works alongside me at Cabana. We're building something meaningful both at work and at home, and that's not a coincidence. It's a choice.

For now, that means making the world better, one pool at a time.
